
Board of Trustees
The Tri-State University Board of Trustees is the governing board of the not-for-profit University. None of the Board members may be employed by the University in any administrative or teaching capacity, so the Board is sufficiently autonomous from the administration to assure the integrity of the institution. The alumni elect two of the trustees.
