Undergraduate students who wish to apply on-line please follow the directions listed below.

U.S. undergraduate students who wish to download a printable application for admission to the main campus, please follow the directions below:
  • To download a printable (PDF file) application form you will need the Adobe Acrobat reader program. If you do not have the Acrobat reader program installed on your computer, click HERE to go to Adobe's Acrobat download page and follow the instructions. Installation is easy, and it's free!
     
  • After you download the Acrobat Reader, use your browser's back button to return to this page to download the application for admission form.

Additional Information
  • High school seniors and transfer students — click HERE for a PDF file of a  "Transcript Release Form" for you to download, print and take to your high school guidance office (and registrar's office if you are a transfer student) to authorize release of your high school and college transcripts to the TSU admission office.
     

  • High school seniors should take the American College Test (ACT) and/or the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) and have the scores sent to Tri-State University.  Our code numbers are 1250 for the ACT and 1811 for the SAT. Click HERE for additional requirements for freshmen students.
     

  • All US applicants are accepted on a rolling basis and you will hear from us within two or three weeks after your application, high school records (and college transcripts, if you are a transfer student) and test scores are received.
     

  • Be sure to complete and mail your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form by March 1st.

Quick Facts on Accepted Students

  • Overall average ACT for the entering class of 2003 was 23; 1078 was the average for SAT
     

  • For students entering the School of Engineering, the averages were 25 ACT and 1135 SAT
