Coach Greg Perschke,
who begins his fourth year at Tri-State University and the second year as the
Thunder's head coach. Perschke brings
nine years of experience as a professional pitcher to the Thunder
Baseball team. Coach Perschke led the Thunder to a fourth place finish
in the WHAC, one game short of qualifying for the NAIA Region VIII
Tournament. He spent most of his professional baseball career with
the White Sox organization. Greg resides in Angola with his wife,
Trisha, and their five-year-old daughter, Brookston and one-year-old son
Brock. He holds a bachelor’s degree
in communications from the University of New Orleans.
