Head Coach Tom Pawlik

Head coach Tom Pawlik enters his 11th season at the helm of Tri-State University women’s soccer. He has developed the Thunder into one of the top Midwest programs, with three district championships, a 1994-conference title and three NAIA regional tournament appearances. Coach Pawlik has produced five NAIA All-Americans, 12 All-Regional players and nine NAIA Academic All-Americans.

Pawlik keeps involved with women’s soccer throughout the year on a regional and national level. Currently, he serves as chair of the NSCAA National All-American Committee, president of the NAIA Women’s Soccer Association and chair of the NAIA National Tournament Committee. In addition to his responsibilities as soccer coach, Pawlik also serves as Tri-State’s head athletic trainer.

A native of Waterport, NY, Pawlik attended Lyndonville High School and is a charter member of Lyndonville’s Soccer Hall of Fame. Pawlik graduated from Tri-State University in 1988 with a degree in mechanical engineering. While at Tri-State, he was a four-year starter and team captain for the men’s soccer team. His leadership, motivational skills and soccer knowledge are keys to the success of his teams.
