Thomas L. Fawick Hall of Engineering

Thomas L. Fawick Hall of EngineeringThe Thomas L. Fawick Hall of Engineering was named in honor of Thomas L. Fawick, an inventor, industrialist, and friend of the University who received an Honorary Doctorate from Tri-State in 1970.

Thanks to the donations of the Board of Trustees, faculty, staff, alumni and friends, a $5 million renovation on the interior of the building and the updating of all laboratories, classrooms, the Kitsuda Seminar Room and offices was completed in 1997. The building, which houses a scanning electron microscope, is the home of the University's engineering and technology programs.

Howard P. Conrad Chemical Engineering Wing of Fawick HallHoward P. Conrad Chemical Engineering Wing - Named in honor of Howard P. Conrad,  distinguished industrialist and friend of the University, this wing houses the chemical engineering laboratories and offices.

Clifford W. Sponsel Tower - This central tower of Fawick Hall includes the main entranceway to the building, handicapped accessible restrooms and water fountains on each floor, and an elevator making the building handicapped accessible. This tower is named in honor of Clifford W. Sponsel, a member of Tri-State's Board of Trustees since 1978, a 1931 graduate of Tri-State with a B.S.C.E., and a recipient of a Tri-State Honorary Doctorate.
