Residence Halls
There are six residence halls on the campus of Tri-State University. Five smaller units house about 50 students each and are designated as male or female residence halls. The lounges of each of these units offer a warm and comfortable place for students to study and socialize. A laundry room is located on the lowest floor of each of the smaller units. The sixth unit is Stewart Hall, and it houses over 300 students and is a coed facility. Male students live on the first, third and fourth floors. Female students live on the second floor. Stewart has laundry facilities on each floor.

In addition is the TSU Campus Village, an apartment-style housing unit for juniors and seniors, located at the corner of Prospect and Oakwood streets about one block from campus. Scheduled to be completed by the summer of 2004 and ready for occupancy by the start of the 2004-2005 school year, the two new townhouse-style buildings will contain five apartments each: two with five bedrooms, two with three bedrooms and one with four bedrooms. Each apartment will have a private entrance.

Conrad Hall houses male students and hosts the International Center on the lower level of this unit.  It also has a private dining room that is available for hall activities and organizational meetings.

The Comfort Zone has big-screen televisions, ping-pong tables, pool tables and various video games. Thunder Pizza, a pizza/snack bar, is located in the Comfort Zone and is open each evening.

Also located in Stewart Hall are the offices for the student newspaper, The Triangle, the student year book, The Modulus and the studios for WEAX, 88.3 FM, TSU's student-run radio station.
