Fred Schmid (BSChE 1980), 25 years with Eli Lilly and currently manager in clinical research, will tell us why we should--and perhaps why we should not--read kinky Friedman, that cigar-smoking, Irish-whisky-drinking, cat-loving former country-and-western singer and detective-story writer who is now a gubernatorial candidate in Texas. |
