ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Making phone calls to prospective students
- Must have a pleasant speaking voice
- Ability to articulate and speak clearly when on the phone
- Ability to be comfortable when speaking to strangers on phone
- Able to work evenings: Monday thru Thursday from 6:00 till 9:00 pm
- Ability to make 20-30 phone calls per hour
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Update Admissions information (ADMISS.)
- Ability to enter a minimal amount of information into the computer
- Ability to talk, enter information and keep details correct
- Maintain confidentiality of information
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Answer to the supervisor in the evening
- Check in with supervisor on who you are calling
- Keeping time sheet up to date
- Arriving and leaving on time
- Leave the area where you work as you found it
QUALIFICATIONS

To have the experience and skill working with computers and software programs (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Quodata/ADMISS, etc.). EDUCATON and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or a GED equivalent
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general student information. Excellent oral communication skills are required and the ability to effectively present information and respond to a few general questions from prospective students and their parents. Ability to navigate through the website and relay that information back to the student and/or parent while on the phone with them.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as grade point averages, SAT and ACT scores with scholarship amounts.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define what information needs to be entered into the note area of each students information and when a if another contact should be made.
