Water Resources / Hydraulic Engineering Faculty

Full-time position beginning in Fall 2008 requiring a doctorate in civil engineering, or a related engineering field, with a specialty/concentration in the area of water resources/hydraulic engineering. Excellent English communication skills and a commitment to teaching are necessary. Individuals with actual water resources engineering experience are especially encouraged to apply. Professional Registration (PE) is an asset. The position is at the Assistant Professor level, although exceptionally well-qualified applicants may be considered for Associate Professor. The position will involve teaching both water resources/hydraulic engineering and fluid mechanics courses at the undergraduate and master’s degree levels. Review and evaluation of candidates will begin immediately. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.  Fall Semester classes start on August 26, 2008, with new faculty orientation the previous week.
