To Do List

Get accepted
Before receiving an offer of financial assistance to TSU, you must be accepted for admission into an undergraduate degree program. Submit an application for admission to the University accompanied by an official copy of your high school record. Official copies of college academic transcripts (as well as your high school record) are required if you are applying as a transfer student.

FAFSA application
Need-based financial assistance requires filing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as well as the Tri-State University application for admission form. TSU’s school code is 001839. TSU’s priority filing deadline is March 10.

Apply early
It is to your benefit to apply early. The best financial aid packages are given to students who have adequately planned and prepared for their college education. Complete the form on line by the March 10 deadline or send in your paper copy so that it is received by the Department of Education by the March 10 deadline.

Missing document letter
If you receive a missing document letter from our office requesting additional information from you before we can send you a financial aid award letter, you can go to the “forms to download” section for 2008-09 to complete any necessary documents.
