Listed below are the jobs available for students in the TSU Writing Center. Peer Consultant Position Description JOB TITLE/DEPARTMENT: Peer Consultant, TSU Writing Center PAY RATE: Minimum Wage. HOURS: Hours per week vary, scheduled times include Monday through Thursday from 3-6 p.m. and Monday evenings from 6-8 p.m. DUTIES: Work with students to improve overall writing and writing skills through individual conference sessions. SKILLS REQUIRED: Good communication skills, ability to help other students with writing and writing skills. QUALIFICATIONS: Must complete ENG 103/104 and either ENG 113 or ENG 114 with an A.
