Transfer students who have completed a minimum of 18 semester hours (or 27 quarter hours) of post-high school college level coursework are eligible for a Tri-State University transfer academic tuition scholarship or the Transfer Discovery Award. Transfer students who have not yet completed the minimum requirement of credit hours will be reviewed for academic scholarships based on their high school grade point average, class rank and SAT or SAT scores. The Cumulative College GPA is determined by averaging the GPA from all institutions attended by the student.
