Scholarship Reception/Touchstone Dinner 2006

Drs. Ralph and Sheri Trine were presented with the Pillar of Success awards, TSU's most prestigious alumni award.

Steel Dynamics Inc., headquartered in Fort Wayne, Ind., donated $250,000 to the Vision for the Future capital campaign.

Bon Appétit presented a check for $300,000 to the University.

An estate plan in the amount of $1 million was presented to the University from Jana Moak.

A plan to increase the Vision for the Future capital campaign to $90 million was announced.

Homecoming Dinner 2006

At the Homecoming Dinner, 21 alumni from the class of 1956 came to celebrate their 50 year class reunion.

A special section in Hershey Hall was unveiled that highlights the career of long-time TSU basketball coach Mark Peterman.

A total of 311 guests were in attendance at the event, making the dinner the highest attended in TSU history.

Trustee Jeff Posendek was awarded the Alumni Distinguished Service Award.
