Professor Carver holds a Bachelor of Science degree
in computer science and electronics engineering from The
Union Institute and a Master of Science degree in computer
science from The University of Cincinnati College of Engineering.
He is currently working on a Ph.D. in computer science
through Anglia Polytechnic, Cambridge University, England,
in the area of computer forensics. In 2006, he received
a Lilly Intellectual Capital Grant to design and develop
a Digital Forensics/Computer Science Lab to serve the
law enforcement, criminal justice and computer science
students. This lab has been in use since the start of
the fall 2006 semester and possess the first two gigabit
networks on campus.
