Dr. Van Rie studied ordered group theory with A.M.W. Glass at Bowling Green State University. She teaches Calculus, Linear Algebra, Sets & Logic, Number Theory, Geometry, and Abstract Algebra. She has been a member of the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics since 1993.
