Many students have an interest in the health sciences and would like to eventually attend graduate or medical school for degrees in medicine, veterinary medicine, physician’s assistant, or physical therapy. These are the most common post baccalaureate fields sought for graduates in pre-medicine. In addition to the common medical fields, TSU students have successfully completed nursing, dental, veterinary, chiropractic, and osteopathic medical schools. Admission to medical school requires at least a B+ average and acceptable scores on the Medical College Aptitude Test. Schools our graduates have attended include Indiana University, Michigan State Univeristy and Purdue University (Veterinary School), and Nova University (Florida).
