Tri-State Football Team Drops Season Opener to Lakeland College
The
Tri-State University football team was defeated by Lakeland College
30-13 in their opening game of the season.
Chris Bixler scored two touchdowns for the Thunder.
Jim Oliver, Jr. threw for 150 yards and Craig Nevels had 79
receiving yards. Lee
Schulz and Nick Vanover led the team with 12 and 10 tackles
respectively. Tri-State
has their home opener Saturday, September 13th against the
University of Wisconsin Stevens Point at 12:30 pm at Shive Field. |
