Tri-State
University men’s head soccer coach Mike Ferrell is looking for his
experienced returning players to improve upon last year’s 4-13-1
overall record and a 3-2-1 Wolverine Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC)
mark. Juniors Matt Pulford,
Samuel Lawanga and Adam Ross return at the midfield positions. Pulford
has proven he can be an effective scorer. Senior Jake Gillengerten
returns at sweeper and junior Greg Beier returns at stopper. Senior Will
Lasher and sophomore Chad Swanson return as goalkeepers. Seniors Justin
Harbert, David Marks, and Ben Shaw, along with junior Kenny Schrock,
look to use experience gained last year to help the team.
