 Alena Krug begins her
second season with the
Tri-State University Thunder as the head women’s volleyball coach and
as the Athletic Department’s Senior Women’s Administrator in charge
of compliance. Coach Krug comes from NCAA III University of
Wisconsin-Superior, where she was the head women’s volleyball coach
for the past four seasons. While at UW-Superior, Krug also served as the
assistant track coach for three seasons. Outside of coaching, Krug was
an instructor in the Heath and Human Performance Department and an
academic advisor. Krug earned her bachelor’s degree in physical
education, K—12, with an emphasis in coaching, from the State
University of New York (SUNY) at Cortland in 1993. |
