MGT 313 HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT

This course includes a discussion of policies, objectives, principles
and organizational structure as they pertain to personnel work.
The major activities of a personnel department such as recruiting,
selecting, training, and employee relations are examined along
with the impact of government laws and regulations on these activities.
Prerequisite: MGT 363
