Matt works with company executives to develop materials supporting financing requests for presentation to prospective banks. He prepares lease proposals for prospective tenants, purchase and sale agreements for prospective buyers, and Letters of Intent for prospective buyers and tenants. He also develops Partnership Agreements and is involved in a variety of other marketing and service development activities for his company.
