Campus Village

The Campus Village includes the Ingledue and Trine Villas, which are located at the corner of Park Avenue and Oakwood Street. These fully furnished, townhouse-style apartments feature private bedrooms with cable TV and Internet access in each room, semi-private baths, living rooms with a color TV and DVD player, and full kitchen areas. Each apartment is climate-controlled and has a washer and dryer. In total the Campus Village houses 112 upper class students who are eligible to live in a three-, four-, or five- bedroom villa based on GPA and good social standing with the University.

Kinney Street Apartments

University Center Apartments

Kinney Street Apartments and University Center Apartments are double-room occupancy, two- or three-bedroom, fully-furnished apartments that offer a common living area and semi-private baths. Bedrooms have cable and internet access, and each suite is climate-controlled. On the main level in each building, students have access to a vending area and a common lounge area with wireless Internet access, a large screen TV, and fireplace. Located on the lower level is the game room; laundry areas are located on each floor.

Moss Street Apartments

Moss Street Apartments resemble Kinney Street Apartments and University Center Apartments but also include a refrigerator, microwave, color TV, and DVD player. These apartments are reserved for academically talented freshmen.

Cameron Hall

Cameron Hall houses female students. The second and third floors of this unit have carpeted rooms. Cameron Hall has its own laundry facility and student lounge. Rooms are double occupancy and equipped with cable TV and Internet access.

Platt Hall

Platt Hall accommodates male students. Platt Hall has its own laundry facility and student lounge; rooms are double occupancy and equipped with cable TV and Internet access.

Fabiani Hall

Fabiani Hall accommodates male students. Fabiani Hall has its own laundry facility; each room houses two students and is equipped with cable TV and Internet access.

Alwood Hall

Conrad Hall

Alwood Hall houses female students. Rooms are double occupancy and equipped with cable TV and Internet access. Students have their own laundry facility and student lounge.

Conrad Hall houses male students. A private dining room is available for hall activities and organizational meetings. Rooms are double occupancy and equipped with cable TV and Internet access. Students have their own laundry facility and student lounge.

Stewart Hall

Stewart Hall is a male facility. Rooms are double occupancy and equipped with cable TV and Internet access. Stewart Hall houses the Comfort Zone, which has big-screen televisions, ping-pong tables, pool tables, an air hockey table, and a foosball table. Located on each floor is a laundry facility.
