Tri-State University is one of the few schools that offers a four-year degree program in engineering administration. It is administered through the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, and is designed for students with engineering skills and management or marketing interests. The program was developed in response to the need in industry for technically educated graduates with extensive backgrounds in management and marketing, and it continues to respond to the changing needs of industry. 

Graduates of the engineering administration program have found employment as administrators or managers in small technological, engineering or manufacturing companies; departmental supervisors in large technological companies; engineering marketing representatives; technical representatives; or technical sales engineers.
