Most engineering administration students take advantage of the
Co-operative Education (Co-op) program. Co-op involves alternating
periods of full-time school and full-time work. The work is directly
related to your major and increases in responsibility as you progress
through the program. Co-op provides the opportunity for engineering
administration students to gain valuable work experience while
earning their degree. Since students are only in school for half
of the sophomore and junior years, the co-op program requires five
years to complete. However, upon completion of the program, you
will enter the job market as a graduate engineer with one to two
years experience, greatly enhancing both job opportunities and
starting salary.
