Students, faculty and staff recieve an account which provides access to the network, email and other services. See Student e-mail accout handout for additional details. The handout pertains to faculty and staff accounts except for the naming convention of the account and initial password.
Help Desk Request
Faculty and staff can place a request Help Desk Services through the intranet online form. Help Desk Ticket system. We encourage faculty and staff to utilize the Help Desk Ticket system to expedite service. For additional information about using the Help Desk Ticket system an online tutorial is available. Students, faculty and staff can walk-in, call, or email the Help Desk when they have problems with a computer, telephone, network, or other technology.
