The University Student Residential Network Technicians, located in the University Center, are the primary point of contact for student technology assistance. Student’s can contact them at 665.4275 or by e-mail at help@tristate.edu. Information and help guides are also available for many common tasks on the student resources page. Offices are open on weekdays/evenings and at least one technician is on call each weekend. Once students are on campus, he/she may contact the Help Desk for assistance with connecting his/her PC to the network.
If students have problems with a network password, email account, Blackboard, or online account services, please contact the Information Technology Help Desk in the University Center at 665.4275 from 8 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday–Friday.
If students have any problems with long distance, telephone service or billing, contact the Telephone Office at 260.665.4282 between 8 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday–Friday.
