Academic Libraries of Indiana (ALI)
 Onsite Reciprocal Borrowing Program

Students, faculty, and staff from any participating ALI library
may borrow books from any other participating ALI library.

TSU Students and Faculty
  • Contact library staff at the TSU library to verify current eligibility. 
  • Complete an ALI application form.
  • You will be given an "ALI" card, which you must show at the ALI library where you wish to borrow items.
  • The ALI library may issue a library card to the TSU patron.
  • Borrowed items are subject to the policies of the lending library.
  • You are responsible for the timely return of materials.  The TSU library can return items via the Incolsa Wheels courier service, but you are responsible for any fines incurred.
  • Your library privileges at the TSU library may be suspended if you fail to return materials or abide by the rules of the lending ALI library. 

ALI Reciprocal Borrowers

  • Please bring a valid ALI card from your home library
  • Books may be borrowed for 21 days,  audio and video materials for 7 days
  • Faculty reserve materials may not be borrowed.
  • Student borrower's cards expire with each semester's end.
  • Borrowers are responsible for the safe and timely return of materials to the library.
  • Borrowers may return items  to the TSU library via their home institution’s INCOLSA Wheels service, but they are responsible for any overdue charges incurred.
