For the third time in three years, Tri-State University has broke ground on student housing. To recognize the outstanding achievement of its most talented freshmen, TSU is building a special, upscale housing complex – the Ingledue Honor Villas.
“We are pleased to have Jim and Pat Ingledue be a part of the final phase of the villas,” said TSU president Earl D. Brooks II, Ph.D. “This is the fourth and final phase of building in the TSU Campus Village, but we’re going to continue to look at our campus facilities as part of our master plan.”
Freshmen selected to receive TSU’s top competitive academic scholarships are invited to live in the Ingledue Honor Villas. Opening Fall 2006, the 20-bed row of townhouse-style apartments will be located within the TSU Campus Village, currently home to 92 upperclass honor students.
