black and white gala raising

tsu scholarship funds

To help Tri-State University to continue offering millions of dollars in scholarships annually to students, the TSU Office of Alumni and Development will host the fifth annual Black and White Scholarship Gala on Feb. 16 in Ketner Sports Center beginning at 6 p.m. All proceeds will channel into the TSU Scholarship Fund.

The formal event will give attendees a chance to don their black-and-white best to enjoy a variety of activities and entertainment geared for an exciting evening. Dinner, a wine tasting event provided by Biaggi’s Ristaurante Italiano of Fort Wayne, dancing to music by the Hillsdale College Contemporary Jazz Band, and live and silent auctions for jewelry, vacation getaways, art, sports memorabilia, personal services and many other valuable items and packages will keep the atmosphere lively.

Donations are $100 per couple or $50 per person. Sponsorships at the Benefactor Level of $1,000 or more, the Distinguished Donor Level of $500, or the Sponsor Level of $250 are also available.

The Office of Alumni and Development encourages the community, TSU friends, and alumni to enjoy a great evening while benefiting TSU students. Contact Julie Wert at 260.665.4316 or wertj@tristate.edu or Nancy Roberts at  260.665.4114 with questions or to RSVP by Feb. 8.
