TRI-STATE UNIVERSITY SWE MISSION

Vision: Getting outside exposure for women in engineering or related fields Encouraging women to attain high levels of education and professional achievements Acting as a support center for all women in engineering and related fields to build trust and friendship Recognition from the public as a great and successful organization!!

Objectives::

• Integrate all SWE members
• Network with alumni TSU SWE
• Develop professional programs for SWE members to self-improve themselves and work on their strong points to achieve anything in life
• Execute activities that enable all SWE members to trust one another
• Provide programs that will enable SWE members to both set and attain their goals in life
• Establish relationships with other universities, companies and organizations
• Network with other SWE members through pen-pals program
• Demonstrate to the public that SWE members work together successfully as a team and not by an individualistic basis
• Encourage new members to join SWE
• Nurture new members with the true spirit of SWE
• Try something new like Tae-Bo and Salsa!!
