academic major from offerings that will serve to specialize the degree into a field of the student’s interest. The program can be

The Human Resources department of any organization is
responsible for all aspects of the employee’s experience with the
company. Each company, whether public, private, for profit, or not
for profit, needs the human resources personnel to provide the
benefits, policies and procedures, resulting in career opportunities in virtually every business.

manager must have good “people” skills and a good grasp of
