Credit Balances/Refunds

If you have a credit on your account, you may request a refund or allow the credit balance to remain on your account.

Credit balances can be applied toward books, phone bills, miscellaneous fees, next semester’s bill, etc.

A credit balance may be the result of dropped classes or excess financial aid.

The recommended way to request a refund is through our Online Student Refund Request page. This is the quickest way to receive a refund. Your request will automatically be sent to the Financial Aid Office for processing.

  • Please click on the following link to login to the Student Info Login page, Click here
  • You will then need to click on the Account button in the Check on Student Account Information Box.
  • At the bottom of the Account Information page, click on the Refund button and follow the instructions.

If you still wish to fill out a paper form, you can print one here. Please keep in mind that this is the slower of the two methods. Please click here to print the form.

Refunds available due to Plus Loans must be approved by parents.

No refunds will be issued until after the appropriate drop/add period has passed.
