Head Coach Bill Maddock
 Bill
Maddock begins his tenth season as the men's and women's tennis
coach at Tri-State University. As a certified U.S.P.T.A. Tennis
Professional since 1978, he has over twenty years of experience
as a club professional. His tournament experiences and his success
in coaching at both the high school and college levels have helped
him prepare the Thunder tennis teams for a very competitive schedule.
He was voted NAIA Coach of the Year for the Great Lakes Region in
1999 and his teams have qualified for both the NAIA regional and
national tournament.
Coach Maddock also serves as chair and assistant professor for the Department of
Health, Physical Education, and Sport Science. He received his master's
degree from the University of Tennessee and teaches classes in Sport
Psychology, History of Sport, Motor Learning, and Teaching of Sport
Skills.
