Women's Golf Coaches

Head Coach Jennifer Lymangood

Jennifer J. Lymangood has joined the Tri-State University staff as Director of Golf Operations—Head Golf Professional and head women’s golf coach.

She brings a range of management experience to the job, most recently serving as assistant golf professional at Westmoreland Country Club in Wilmette, Ill.

Westmoreland, a private club on Chicago’s North Shore, earned 5-Star Platinum Club of America status, granted to only three percent of clubs in the country. While there she oversaw all daily golf shop operations, including golf shop sales, merchandising and inventory, tournament administration, and customer service activities.

At Westmoreland she also administered and instructed women group clinics, and reorganized and instructed weekly women group playing lessons both years.

She played on the women’s golf team at Methodist College in Fayetteville, N.C. and was a member of the national championship team for NCAA Division III Women’s Golf Championship for 2003 and 2004.

She majored in professional golf management at Methodist College, completing an honors B.S. in business administration and marketing in May 2005. She was the recipient of the 2003 Paul Runyan Collegiate Golf Management Scholarship.

Her professional memberships include the Professional Golf Association of America, from which she earned the 2005 Acushnet PGA Apprentice Scholarship.

“I’m excited to bring my professional experience to Zollner Golf Course and the Tri-State University women’s golf team,” Lymangood said. “I am anxious to transition from Chicago to Angola’s friendly community. I’m very excited and can’t wait to get started.”
