POLICY

To use a Tri-State University’s wireless network you need to be a current student, faculty or staff member or have an affiliation with the University. Affiliations are visitors to campus on official business, attending a University sanctioned meeting or other individuals approved guest. You may contact the Help Desk to obtain a guest account. All users of the wireless site agree to abide by the Information Technology Security Policy and Usage Policy of the University.

The University is unable to provide support for the wireless connection beyond validating the network is up and running using the Information Technology's existing equipment. The Hints & Tip section may provide useful information in resolving connection issue. Because this is an open and unencrypted network privacy cannot be guaranteed, also the University is not responsible for viruses, worms, spy-ware or other mal-ware acquired while using the wireless network.
